We are unable to be fully responsible for delays that may occur, although we will provide you with tracking information as soon as it is available.


To keep our cost low and shipping costs as low as possible, we cannot provide a guaranteed delivery time for every order. Some orders may take longer than the stated expected time frame. The actual amount of time it takes for your order to arrive can vary depending on factors such as your location and destination country. In some cases, delays do occur – but if there are no tracking updates for more than 30-60 business days after placing your order, we will ship out a new package to make sure you receive it on time.


Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 30 minutes as your order might have already been processed. We are charging a transaction fee of $5 for each order if we are unable to cancel an order within 30 minutes.
